All items listed on Second Hand Stuff are unique physical items with unique SKUs. Each item is carefully inspected, priced, photographed, and tagged before going on sale. We guarantee that each item is exactly as described.

Shopping Cart

When you add an item to your cart, it is reserved for 10 minutes. This prevents race conditions when multiple users try to purchase the same unique item. After 10 minutes, the item becomes available again.

Collection Process

After purchasing an item, you can schedule a local collection window. All items are collected during scheduled windows to ensure secure and efficient handling.

Pricing

All prices listed on Second Hand Stuff include applicable taxes. The selling price is set by the seller, and we take a commission for facilitating the transaction.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of second-hand items, all sales are final. However, if an item is not as described or has a defect, we will work with both parties to resolve the issue.
